Make people say yes to your product or AI

I use insights from scientific research on human behavior, product building strategies & AI to help (not only) startups design, build, and adapt their technological solutions to the market, resulting in higher adoption, increased retention, better user experience, and sustainable growth.

People Make 35.000 Decisions a Day, Where 95% Are Subconscious.

  • Metrics won't move (activation, retention, engagement stuck)

  • Products that underperform despite looking right

  • Too much scattered information from experts without a unifying strategy

  • User needs and business goals pulling in different directions

Not understanding subconscious decision, hidden-motivations, psychological barriers, and how human behavior in different context, can lead to:

I analyze how your customers actually behave, break down the behavioral science explaining why they behave that way, and help you design products that work with human psychology—not against it.

I draw from psychology, behavioral economics, and decision science—but apply them practically, not academically.

How I Help

  • Design engagement frameworks using habit formation psychology, behavioral triggers, and delight mechanics that transform one-time users into loyal advocates.

  • Technology only works when humans actually adopt it. I diagnose why your AI tool, platform, or system isn't being used despite "solving the problem"—mapping the behavioral gaps between what users say they want and what they actually do.

  • E-commerce optimization stops at "where users drop off." I show you why they drop off—revealing the behavioral misalignments between your checkout flow, product presentation, and how consumers actually make purchase decisions. Using consumer psychology principles and behavioral economics, I map your complete buying journey to show what's blocking conversion (hint: it's rarely what you think).

  • Understand what's actually keeping growth stuck—mapping founder assumptions, product patterns, and user reality to reveal invisible gaps. Then turn it into growth hacks that compound.

Happens all the time. That's exactly why the first consultation is free—so we can figure out together if behavioral architecture is your issue or not. No obligation, just clarity.

Unique methodology

I am skilled, as one of the few in the world, in BASIC© – a diagnostic approach to the development of effective behavior interventions. Developed by leading behavior consultancy iNudgeyou, the framework is also used by institutions like OECD, World Bank, and the EU to develop more effective policies

About My Work

For over a decade, I worked at companies like Creative Dock (EMEA's largest venture builder), Sudolabs, KPMG, and Bloomreach—advising their clients and building products across venture building, e-commerce, and tech.

Through this work, I helped shape strategies for companies ranging from high-growth startups to billion-dollar enterprises like Bank of Austria, Factcool, Desigual, Kiwi, Pilulka, Bubo, Avast, Ahold, and Jam Galaxy.

What connected all these projects: applying behavioral scientific insights to everything I do—whether strategy, product design, or growth.

I went independent because I wanted to work directly with founders on what actually matters: understanding why things work or don't work at a behavioral level.

Proven experience across industries, stages, and continents.

Case Studies

The pattern across my work: What founders think is the problem rarely is. They see low adoption, stuck metrics, poor conversion—but miss the deeper behavioral misalignment causing it.

My case studies break down the real issues: misaligned strategy masquerading as an adoption problem, broken pricing psychology disguised as activation issues, wrong customer understanding hidden behind marketing failures.

Presenting research at the summit of the Institute of Change

I'm Peter, a behavioral architect who helps tech founders understand what's actually broken—not what they think it is.

For over a decade, I've applied behavioral science to product strategy and venture building for leaders in the industry. Now I work independently because the best insights come from working directly with founders, not through agency layers.

My approach: I map complete behavioral systems—from founder assumptions to user reality and write extensively about it.

Outside work: Lifelong gamer and hiker. I think in systems, whether diagnosing behavioral bottlenecks or planning a 20km trail route.
