Make digital products work
I help companies fix underperforming products or funnels. Not by guessing, but by addressing the real psychological reasons users don't buy, stay, or come back.
For 10+ years, I worked with industry leaders to beat competitors, build exceptional businesses, and understand users.
Beautiful design, great technology, yet people still say NO?!
Stop letting your product fight human psychology
-
Wrong fix.
Most companies throw money at agencies before understanding what's actually broken.
-
They're winning. You're not.
Your competitors are winning with sh*tier products than yours. And you have no idea why.
-
You built it. They didn't come.
Great idea. Beautiful design. Solid tech. Yet users still don't convert. Something else is broken.
-
It was never the product.
Users don't make rational decisions. They follow invisible psychological patterns most companies never account for. That's the gap I close.
Before you spend another dollar on your product
Most companies address the wrong thing. Expensively.
Every specialist on that list is good at what they do. The problem is nobody told them where the real break is before they started. So they optimize the wrong layer. You spend the budget. The problem stays.
I go upstream first. Before the agency brief. Before the next sprint. I find the assumption that's quietly breaking everything else. Then your specialists can do what they're actually good at, aimed at the right target.
Find the break first. Then fix it.
How I help - so users say Yes!
STRATEGIES & CONSULTATIONS
Current products are not succeeding because they are either built for ‘rational robots’, or do not take into account the situation in 2026 - destroyed attention spam, market flooded with AI slops, low product loyalty, overgamified design.
Align technology with human nature, so products win by design, not luck. All through applied consumer psychology, product growth strategy, and AI.
Second Opinion
Everyone is selling their solution, and you don’t know what is best for you? Are you afraid the agency will charge a lot of money for unnecessary work?
Get it before someone charges you a lot of money.
Market Unfit → Fit

E-Commerce Booster
Most e-commerce products optimize for clicks. I optimize for the human behind the click. Using consumer psychology and behavioral science to understand why people buy and engineer experiences that convert.
Experience proven across industries, sizes, and continents.
I worked with businesses from bootstrapped early-stage startups to billion-dollar enterprises. In areas ranging from M&A, e-commerce, to product & venture building. The focus changed. The obsession with human behavior and technology never did.
I don’t just write blogs, I write blueprints
History is filled with superior technologies and brilliant innovations that failed simply because humans never adopted it.
This should be about why people say YES (or NO) to products, AI, or new technologies.

For a decade, I have talked about how technologies influence human behavior
About Me
I've spent a decade watching the same pattern repeat. Smart people build real things. Real humans don't adopt them. Nobody can explain why.
That gap became my obsession.
I've worked across M&A, venture building, e-commerce, and product strategy on three continents. Not because I planned it that way, but because I kept following the same question into different industries. Why do some ideas spread and others die quietly, despite being genuinely better?
Two surgeries from chronic stress and several burnouts later, I started applying the same diagnostic lens to myself. Turns out the invisible forces that break products break people the same way.
That understanding didn't just change how I work. It changed how I live. Both matter equally to me.
Outside work: I'm a lifelong gamer and hiker. I think in systems whether I'm diagnosing why a product loses users or planning a 20km trail I probably shouldn't attempt. I'm equally drawn to the science of human behavior and the questions science hasn't answered yet.
